We understand your frustration and want to clarify that we have contacted you on four separate occasions regarding the required insurance forms. These forms are mandated by the state to enable selection of the lower coverage options. Without these completed forms, coverage defaults to matching liability limits, which results in the higher premium you experienced. Due to multiple changes made in a short period, several forms were needed, which we understand may have caused some confusion. We sent the forms electronically twice; however, both times they expired without being completed. Additionally, we followed up with multiple text messages and had you scheduled to come in on July 7th to sign the documents. We reached out again on July 21st as the paperwork was still outstanding. After reviewing the text exchanges with Hunter, I see that he responded directly to your questions about the forms and their impact on your billing. I apologize if the way the information was communicated came across as offensive. Our priority is to provide excellent service and clear communication. We regret any misunderstanding or if our messages were not received. We remain committed to working with you to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure your insurance coverage accurately reflects your preferences."
